ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE INSTRUCTIONS
To access Roadside Assistance, simply call the number listed on your Interstate Auto Care Rewards Card and enter the 8-digit PIN found on the back of the card.
If your vehicle requires towing and you’re within 25 miles of Interstate Auto Care in Madison Heights, MI, instruct the tow truck to bring your vehicle directly to our shop.
You can take advantage of your Roadside Assistance benefits up to two times within a 12-month period. Coverage limits per occurrence include:

- Nationwide assistance: Up to $150

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Your Roadside Assistance benefits with Interstate Auto Care in Madison Heights, MI are automatically renewed for an additional year when you service your vehicle(s) with us at least twice and spend a minimum of $750 within the past 12 months.
This valuable benefit is provided at the discretion of Interstate Auto Care, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue it at any time.
Please be aware that excessive or improper use of the service may result in the termination of your benefits.
